A Mustard Seed can Move a Mountain

The warm weather finally seems to be here to stay.  There's so many things to be doing outside; hiking, gardening, bike riding.  One of the things that can keep us from participating in all the outdoor fun is being too tired.  It can take everything we've got just to get through the minimum activities of the day.  Here's one place you can reclaim your energy from:  your To Do list.  Sound crazy?  Well, here's the deal.  Each item on that list, especially the ones that have been there the longest, is a place that leaks energy.  There is a well-worn path where we are habitually directing our thoughts and energy and the longer those items go uncompleted, the more energy we lose.  Think about Gulliver being tied down by all those tiny Lilliputian ropes.  Whether you decide that the task doesn't need to be done and you take it off the list or you complete the task, you will be reclaiming your energy and able to use it for other things.  Enjoy the power surge!

Here's the Question:

Which of your "To Do" items will you complete or release this week?
